project takeaways
When collaborating across different departments, it is essential to listen to what their failed experiences and technical limitations are before starting new designs. The software development team was in China, and we had to overcome time zone, language, and vpn difficulties for developing and updating the website. The experience of working at an international organization like UN has taught me one of the most important lessons in my career. Cope with difficulties, be a good listener, think under one's hat.
